Rufus Wainwright puts Shakespeare sonnet to original music

In concert at Benaroya Hall on November 8, musician Rufus Wainwright delighted audiences with new works. One of the new pieces used Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 20″ as the lyrics for the new tune. In order to help the audience understand the full impact of the poem, he read the poem before singing it in a musical rendition.
